This study is concerned with the phenomenon of the rotation of the morphological forms in the “the Holy Quran language specifically”, when it was dealt with by one of the thinkers of modern interpretation, who added to their interpretive approach the linguistic aspect that emerges clearly in Mohamed Eltaher Ben Ashour's work, ”Tafsir Attahrir wa Attanwir” “Interpretation of Liberation and Enlightenment", because of the prevalence of this morphological phenomenon in this interpretation, the research focused on the analysis of some models related to this linguistic process between the derivatives of the effectiveness and certain types of other derivatives, using the descriptive method of analysis, starting with characterization of important concepts and meanings in his research, then following this with a study of the inductive, discussed examples.
