Astract This study is designed to look at the impact of the social networking sites on Social Ties to Algerian youth, because these networks are the means by which raised a lot of attention from various walks of the society, for their characteristics, and the features and services that allow users whose number is increasing and different categories of direct communication, interaction and dialog with others in all methods and through various media like voice, the word, as they were conducting a field study on a sample of 100 students from the University of constantine 3 of males and females were selected randomly from the bachelor's and master developer, the use of a questionnaire.

In view of the fact that the Algerian youth groups use most of the social networking sites this study is designed to find out the impact of these networks on the real social relations especially, they found themselves electronically space to build virtual relationships with the freedom of widening the area of electronic commerce using many of the means available.
