Social system in biography in adjusting the relationship with non-Muslims through document Medina.

This research addresses analytical study of social system founded by the Prophet Mohamed )Allah bless him and handed(, through the Medina's loyal paper which represents a legal Constitution of the contemporary sense in order to establish the new Islamic State, because the social order established by biography, is realistic and practical values of Islam and substantive provisions, which establish relationships in Muslim society, especially between Muslims and non-Muslims within the same society, based on fraternity and love, and develop fraternal feeling among members of society, to produce coherent cooperation resides in the Earth, and Allah has begun to achieve security and safety.
