The focus of the study is on one of the early workshops about the establishment of settlements on the Palestinian land, through the knowledge of Kibbutz organization "collective settlements”, considering it as one of the main pillars upon which the Zionist entity was founded and how Zionism tried to attract as many Diaspora Jews as possible with their intellectual orientations.

The purpose of that is: Firstly, to establish the occupation values on a national basis and secondly, to create a new generation of Jews: “The Sabra Jews” as the legitimate heiress to its policy, after the collapse of one of the pillars of its justification, as an attempt to prove the previous Jewish existence in Palestine.

At the end of our study, we show the role of the kibbutz education in the realization of the Zionist project and its continuity, through a sample of first- generation leaders as a reflection of it on the real ground.
