The Maquasidi Perspective of the Architec tural Structures legislations among the MaleKKi Scholars resume This study aims at explaining, in one hand, that the MaleKKi Fiqh is an update Fiqh For its exceptional sources that are plainly over whelmed by The Maqasidi Fiqh, especially in the ence of the detailed legislative text, the main concen treated in this work, and demonstrating that the MaleKKi scholars had great contributions in terms of all legistations in relation to architecture, building and design though being limited to their environment on the other hand.
