AstractFrom the so-called Arab Spring revolutions of 2011, which affected most of the Arab countries, the ruling elites in Algeria are trying to adapt to the situation imposed by those revolutions, through the opening of workshops for political reforms in the country, which was engineered by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika in his famous speech in 2012, Of the organic laws related to political parties, civil society, women, election media.

Most of these reforms came in the context of internal front pressures.

The purpose of this article is to examine the internal and external motives of the political reforms and to dismantle their contents, and finally to evaluate these reforms in light of the current transformations.
