; this study examine the relationship between use of facebook, a popular social network, and the formation and maintenance of social capital of youth, we have analyze the notion of 'symbolic capital' then, we have use a survey of 100 youth using facebook.

The results suggest a strong association with the use of facebook and the social capital, in addition, facebook usage was found to interact with measures of well- being.
