This study aimed at knowing the reality of internal communication in the Algerian health institutions.

its study sample is encompasses 330 subjects, it has adopted the descriptive method, in order to achieve its goals a questionnaire was designed which comprise 30 questions distributed on 4 axes, The study has reached the following results: Internal communication in the Algerian health institutions has not yet attained the requested standards, because it does not occupy an important position, and it is not practiced by specialized people, who are trained in communications.

In addition to that, it is more formal characterized, which sometimes do not fulfill the general targets of the institution, and it does not utilize enough communicational means and rely only on the written ones.
