تبحث هذه الدراسة في موضوع مقاصد القرآن عند علم من أعلام الأمة و هو الإمام الشاطبي و كشف البحث أن تجلية المقاصد من القرآن الكريم تمكن القارئ له من فهم منظومة التعبد الشاملة للمقصود بالعبادة وكيفيتها و مآلها وهي الغايات و الكليات التي تتمحور حولها جميع سور القرآن و آياته كما أن تجلية المقاصد القرآنية تحصل للمتعامل مع تفسير القرآن الكريم فهم القرآن على منهج التوسط و الاعتدال و تبعث فيه الانطلاق من دائرة التأصيل إلى أفق التسديد بمنظار المقاصد القرآنية.
