Abstract EN

Media activity arises, generally, from a system of thought having the final responsibility of the creation of the final media operation's manifestationThis is due to the relationship between human behavior and the cognitive schema, on this perspective the Arab media behavior is particular; that does not only come from the cultural nature, which it must express, but also from the nature of the crisis that has touched this culture, and if we examine its media foundations we will realize that the operating system of Arab reflection focuses on three main pivots; desire, technical behaviorism, and official religiosity.

These three pivots combine in a united system, which is considered the ultimate responsible for the creation of a troubled media decision, also due of the environment of intellectual conflict mainly related to colonial hegemony.
