Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of human competencies in achieving the application of the mechanisms and principles of new public management in the Ain Defla Governorate directorates.

After analyzing the data collected using the spss program, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a strong and positive correlation between human competencies and the application of mechanisms and principles of new public management to the public administration under study.
