تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في إيجاد طرق و صيغ تمويلية لاستثمار أموال الزكاة فلقد أصبح توجيه الزكاة من تلبية المتطلبات الاستهلاكية للأفراد الذين يشملهم مصرف الفقراء إلى تنمية المهارات و القدرات لأولئك الفقراء بما يشعرهم بمسؤولياتهم تجاه مجتمعهم و يقضي فيهم على الروح الإتكالية و يساعد في استنهاض طاقاتهم و قدراتهم الإنتاجية و توجيهها و استثمارها الاستثمار الأمثل بما يحقق النفع لهم و لمجتمعهم.
وهنا نجد الدور المهم للهندسة المالية الإسلامية لايجاد الحلول التمويلية في هذه الحالة كما قمنا باستعراض لتجربة صندوق الزكاة الجزائري، و لعل أهم ماتوصلنا اليه أن توجد مجموعة من الصيغ يمكن اسخدامها لتثمير أموال الزكاة عوض العمل بالقرض الحسن و فقط كما هو الحال في التجربة الجزائرية مع ضروة تقببم هذه الأخيرة لتطوير أداء صندوق الزكاة.

This study aims to define the role of Islamic financial engineering in finding financing methods and formulas for investing zakat funds.
The directive of zakat from meeting the consumer requirements of individuals included the Poor has become to develop the skills and capabilities of these poor people, in a way that makes them feel their responsibilities towards their society and eliminates them on the dependent spirit, and helps To mobilize their energies, productive capabilities, directing and investing is the optimal investment in a way that benefits them and their society, and ensures them with a decent standard of living Here we find the important role of Islamic financial engineering to find financing solutions in this case as we have reviewed the experience of the Algerian Zakat Fund.
