Abstract EN

this study aimed to identify the reality of organizational communication in the Egyptian company of Electric Cables -El-Suwaidi- in Ain Defla, and to determine the nature of the relationship between the different forms of communication and motivation.

For this, we designed a questionnaire and -after validating it- we distributed it to a random sample of 32 employees.

The results of the study concluded the spread of the form of downward communication in the company, and also there is a significant relationship between organizational communication and motivation.
