Abstract EN

The purpose of this research paper, is to identify the impact of the application of integrated management system Quality, Environment and Health On Human performance in the enterprise of ( Fertiel- Annaba), To achieve the requirements of the study, an information form was distributed to a sample of (50) workers of various functional levels.

After analyzing the data collected by using the SPSS program, The study reached a number of results, the most important: The existence of a significant relationship between to implement requirements of the Integrated Management (policy, planning, implementation, checking and management review) on human performance in the enterprise under study.
