يهدف هذا البحث الى توضيح مدى تطابق الأساليب الرقابية لبنك الجزائر مع خصائص البنوك الاسلامية كون أن الجزائر ينشط فيها بنكين اسلاميين هما بنك البركة و بنك السلام و بعد التطرق للجانب النظري المتعلق بالبنوك الاسلامية و التعريف بمختلف الصيغ التمويلية التي تعمل بهاو كذلك لمفهوم الرقابة البنكية و أنواعها و كذا التطرق لواقع الرقابة على البنوك الاسلامية في الجزائر توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج مفادها انه لا توجد أساليب رقابية تتوافق مع خصائص البنوك الاسلامية انما هي اساليب موضوعة وفق نشاط البنوك التقليدية مما يستوجب اعادة النظر في التشريع البنكي الجزائري بما يخدم كل من البنوك التقليدية و الاسلامية كون أن النظام المصرفي الجزائري يعتبر أساسا نظاما تقليديا
Abstract EN
This research aims to clarifying the compatibility of supervision methods of the Bank of Algeria with the characteristics of the Islamic banks, whereas there are two Islamic banks active in Algeria which namely AL BARAKA BANK and AL SALAM BANK After showing the theoretical aspect of Islamic banks and the definition of various financing formulas, than showing the fact of Islamic banking, we have reached a set of results that there are no supervisory methods that are compatible with characteristics of Islamic banks, but are methods based on the activity of traditional banks
