The topic of the relationship between the structure and strategy is one of the most important and controversial in the field of strategic management, so we chose this subject and made it the focus of our study in order to provide answers to the questions that are usually raised when studying this relationship, which is mainly focused on the nature of the correlation between the structure and strategy, where this article discusses the various theoretical trends that have been identified for this relationship.

in order to identify the reality of this relationship in the Algerian institution, we studied the state of the industrial pastry corporation (SOPI).

the study was followed by tracking the strategic changes that took place in this institution and analyzing its impact on its organizational structure.
