The family in Islam plays an important role in the formation of society and its development and cooperation in face of the hardships and challenges of life.

The family is the cornerstone of the continuity of societies and the survival of states and nations.

The manifestations of the legal bases of the family care are reflected in the fact that the Shari'a provisions in Islam took great care of the institution of the family before, during and after its formation.

Our true religion regulated the rights of all members of the family and their duties and the responsibilities of each individual, it even took care of the rights of the fetus in his mother's womb.

Moreover, the jurists derived from the sacred texts the legitimate purposes and attributes of founding a family and its objectives and purpose of composition, and they have dealt with all it's matters to ensure that it is a strong pact and to protect it from any manipulation or ill-us.
