Abstract EN

This study revolves around administrative supervision and its impact on the independence of local communities, a comparative study between the French model and the Algerian model, because it is the result of the development of the function of the modern state, which is no longer this guardian state, but has engaged in various economic, social, cultural and urban areas and fields.

Health, and with the multiplicity of these duties that weighed on governments, forcing them to cede part of their administrative responsibilities to local elected officials who act on their behalf to accomplish them under their control and supervision through what is called this last administrative supervision, considered as a guarantee of the unity of the State.

These local communities are intended for state development plans, and the central authority's supervisory administrative control over local government bodies is to oversee the body as a whole through the dissolution of the elected council, or on elected members, or on the work of local communities to request authorization, ratification, cancellation and solutions, on condition that this administrative supervision is exercised without exaggeration in order to give a margin of freedom to these local communities , in order to consecrate their independence.
