Abstract EN

The benefit of the modern Arab poet from the literary heritage and interaction with it has been a direct cause of the characterization of his poetic experience and uniqueness and endowing it with the intellectual wealth and semantic depth which contributed to its maturity and fertility, as the literary heritage is closer and more adhering to the poet from other heritage sources.

This is due to his ease of adaptability and ability to orb various contemporary poetic experiences.

Abdel Kader Abeed is among the contemporary Algerian poets whose poetry journals are rich in their heritage.

Therefore, this study tries to approximate this phenomenon in the journal under study and to reveal some of its artistic and aesthetic aspects and the extent of the poet's success in benefiting from literary heritage by using the analytical descriptive method.

The study found that the poet's utilization of heritage was a technical one that achieved fertility, originality and renewal for his experience.
