The theory of argumentation as a science meant, the explicit and even implicit discourse that aims to convince or persuade anything the interlocutor of this discourse and with any methodology followed, its objective is not accuracy and credibility but impact and acceptability, for this reason, the art of argumentation has been criticized in terms of knowledge acquisition.

But in reality, precisely, the philosophical argumentative does not only make the art of argumentation to convince others but also the practice and implementation of analytical methodologies on the path to truths.

This is what we want to make clear in this research, that argumentation It is not a simple practice as many people consider it, but it is a mastery and critical practice in order to establish a system and new knowledge that does not allow it to accredit or exclude except in the context of critical practice, The criterion for evaluating a speech is not its effectiveness and relevance but on the source of the argument and its type in addition to the rhetorical style at the level of creativity by taking into consideration the content of the dialogue and the debate that presents truth or accuracy with legal tricks to ensure the success of the dialogue.

Therefore, the exclusion of any type of dialogue that facilitates inaccuracy and camouflage of truths in order to achieve results with methods other than the method and theory of argumentation.
