Language is a fundamental component of the identity of peoples and societies at all levels; political, economic, cultural, religious, and so on; therefore, every nation was assiduous to perfect its language, and expanding its use, and preserve it from grammatical mistakes to keep its purity, The Arabs were an example in this field.

But today, these wills were weakened; followed by the corruption of language, and the weakness of competences.

Many factors have gathered on this problem; some linguistic, and others non-linguistic.

This study aims to research and treat one of the most important linguistic reasons; it is neglecting the methods of the ancient Arabs to build the linguistic competency, and ignoring the mechanisms they used to build it.

In this study, I have used the descriptive analytical method because it is suitable for research.
