" To answer the research questions, major hypotheses have been formulated, which were inspected by the fact that there is a correlation and influence between strategic planning and crisis management within the same study, which was tested within the field side on the same side of the teaching staff at the University of Dohuk and through the use of a number of statistical means for the data collected by questionnaire, which It was distributed to a number of teachers in the research colleges, and by (45) forms, many conclusions were reached, the most important of which is that strategic planning has a significant and noticeable role on how to manage crises that can confront organizations in general and For his university in particular.
