Abstract EN

The purpose of this research work is to uncover one of the pivotal pillars of contemporary jurisprudential work, which is based on the classification of the facts Producer in contemporary issues within the factions and their legitimate categories, and the election of the best titles of jurisprudence to drop them on the appropriate cases.
