تطرقنا في دراستنا الى الاسس العلمية الواجب على المدربين تطبيقها عند عملية الانتقاء و نهدف من ذلك الى معرفة اهمية الاسس العلمية في الانتقاء الى جانب خبرة المدربين و اجراء الاختبارات المختلفة على اسس و مبادئ علمية و لذلك تم اجراء الدراسة التطبيقية على عينة مكونة من 17 مدرب تنس الميدان و استخدمنا استمارة استبيان في جمع البيانات و المعلومات باتباع المنهج الوصفي الذي يلائم طبيعة الدراسة.
وتوصلنا بعد جمع البيانات و تحليلها و مناقشتها الى ان عملية الانتقاء لا تعطي نتائج دقيقة اذا لم نتبع الاسس و الاساليب العلمية في الاختيار و الاكتشاف و ايضا خبرة المدربين في الانتقاء وحدها لا تكفي بالحصول على لاعبين ذو مميزات ومواصفات محددة الا اذا زودناهم بالمعارف و الخبرات والوسائل العلمية الحديثة
Abstract EN
This study discusses the scientific principles that coaches rely on during the selection process.
It aims at identifying the importance of the scientific principles in the selection process in addition to the experience of coaches to conduct various tests built on scientific principles.
Therefore, the study has been conducted on a sample of 17 field tennis coaches.
The data has been collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through the descriptive approach that fits the nature of the study.
We conclude that the selection process does not give accurate results if we do not follow the scientific principles and methods in selection and discovery; moreover, the coaches' experience in selection alone is not sufficient to obtain players with specific characteristics and qualities, unless we provide them with modern knowledge, expertise and scientific methods and tools.
