Abstract EN

This research paper aims to identify the concept of governance in universities and the most important principles that underpin it, in order to improve the performance of the university in light of the challenges it faces, such as increased expenditures and limited resources available.

This study came to shed light on the experiences of some of the most prestigious international universities, which have gone a long way in establishing principles of governance to enhance their existance and improve their performance, and this is for the purpose of benefiting from these experiences
