نأمل من خلال هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على فئة عمالية مهمة جدا متواجدة بجميع القطاعات دون استثناء تعد الممثل الحقيقي للإدارة الجزائرية و نقصد بالقول هنا إطارات فئة الأسلاك المشتركة من خلال معرفة أصولها مساراتها تمثلاتها علنا نساعد المسؤولين في تحسين وضعيتها عبر التركيز على الجوانب الإيجابية و تفادي أو تحسين المواضع السلبية التي تفرزها الدراسة التي تدور حول سؤال محوري: من تكون إطارات فئة الأسلاك المشتركة
Abstract EN
We hope through this study to identify the category of cadres of the common bodies that is present in all sectors of the administration in Algeria, without exception, and we try to know the roots; professional careers; and their ambitions.
We try to help those responsible to improve the situation of this category by knowing the positive aspects to be able to focus on them and the negative aspects to improve or to avoid.
The study revolves around a central question: What is social and professional status of the cadres of the category of the common bodies?
