The study aimed to indicate the impact of the return and non-market risk on the market value of the shares of the banking sector listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange.

In order to measure the impact of return and non-market risk on the market value of the stock.

The Pannel method used the aggregate regression model (PM) for the Iraqi private banks for the period 2010-2018.

The study found that there is an adverse impact between return and market value, as well as a positive impact between the non-market risk and market value.
