Abstract EN

Because of the dangerous criminal acts entitled "The Organized Crime" on the international peace and security, and the stability of countries and societies, working together and helping each other becomes an obligation and a necessity for all countries and so on for the international organizations and regions whether they are specialists or not, besides services of security.

All these must be arranged harmoniously on the same line to mobilize their national and international efforts to fight crimes of new types through power, style and field.

This will never happen without the international cooperation and security under an effective theory, that must be prepared and developed according to a well-defined juridical system which balances between the internal requirements of countries and the international changes to make the international cooperation and security more effective to fight the organized crime which is considered from the most dangerous threats on the international peace and security.
