Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the degree of management by walking around practices among vocational schools'principals in the northern province ( Jordan) and its relation with level of achievement motivation of teachers.

Thesample consisted of (271) male and female teachers.

An instrument was developedto measure the degree of managementby walking around practice and the level of achievement motivation.

The researchers verified its validity and reliability.

Data were processed statistically using the means, standard deviations, ranks, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe test.

The results of the study were as follows: Themanagement by walking around practices degree among vocational schools principals' level was moderate, and thelevel of achievement motivation of the teachers was moderate as well.

There were no statistically significant differences at (α ≥ 0.
