of the Research: The subject ofmaintaining security is of a paramount importance in the life of peoples and nations; due to the consequentachieved positive impacts in all fields: political, economic, social, and regarding this importance, In this research I have dealtwith the talk about the maintenance of security and itsrelationship with the justice, and the criminal and civil responsibility in the Islamic Legislation.

The talk about maintaining security formed an essential element in this research; in terms of showing its concept, and concerning whatismentioned about it in the religioustexts, and the relationship of maintaining the security with the nature of human behavior in his relationship with Almighty Allah.

And all of thesesections have been included in the first axis of thisresearch; while the second axis treated the analysis of the relationshipbetweenthe justice, and the criminal and civil responsibility in the Islamic legislation Then the treatment of these two axes will be done by using two methods: inductive and analytical, and relying on sources and references that include scientific substance relevant to the subject of the research.
