It is well known that each society is characterized by a particular cultural style, which reflects the attitudes, habits, beliefs, and norms of governance and thinking.

All this is based on the identity that represents cultural uniqueness and the specificity of the social entity.

As long as the debate is about the criteria on which the idea of identity is determined, this in the term of conceptual aspect as an expression, on the other hand, the study of the projections of this concept on the ground through exercising the cultural identity of the actual functions, ie the approach of thought and practice and the possibility of the modification or even cancellation of what was previously known as "cultural constants" At the level of "thought" and "Social and psychological mobility and the function of the “continuity", which is the core of culture and its basic function.

This is in parallel with the great technological development and social, political and economic mobility and the various concepts of social and cultural change which will undoubtedly affect the general construction of cultural identity as a thought and a practice.
