The need for being assured the thing that led the insured to make insurance but without knowing completely the content of Insurance acts and its conditions because he has only to choose the insurer where as the other choices are based on accepting or refusing because of the samples of Insurance acts that are written before and it is applied by Insurance companies which occupied it because it is the insurer who imposes its conditions and details of its insures to reach its objectives.

This led to bad effects on the weak part in the act who is the insured.

That means the two parts of an Insurance act are not equal from all the sides.

So there is no equivalence in this act because the Insurance act is a contract of adhesion.

In this point there must be useful means to protect the weak part in this act.
