Abstract EN

The present study sought to demonstrate the impact of crisis management on improving organizational relations in the Hammam Al-Alil Cement Factory.

The descriptive approach was adopted through a questionnaire designed to collect data and distributed to a random sample covering (40) individuals from administrative leaders in the factory of study sample.

The problem of the study stems from the question: Can the administrative leaders in the study sample organization turn crisis into an entrance to build good organizational relations? The study concluded that there is a gradual impact of the dimensions of crisis management in the organizational relations at the level of the researched organization.
