Our study examined the definition of finance in general, and therefore the focus on non-traditional funding, which has become a necessary measure.

It has become a subject of the current time.

It is considered a very important procedure in the Algerian government.

To benefit the country as a wholej and not a measure to fill the budget deficit.

In view of the external challenges associated with unconventional funding and the fear of the stifling indebtedness suffered by the state in the past, which has always made its economy dependent on and dominated by foreigners, it becomes an uncontrollable external march.

This could lead to the return of colonialism in an indirect and new way to her country.
