تم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الأطر النظرية و العملية و التنموية للتأمين التكافلي و تجلت أهمية هذه الورقات البحثية من خلال إبراز الفوارق الجوهرية بين التأمين التجاري و التكافلي و كذا بيان مدى تنوع الصيغ الإدارية و الاستثمارية المنتهجة في مؤسسات التأمين التكافلي و أثرها الاقتصادي التنموي و خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة محورية تبرز مدى إمكانية و قابلية مؤسسات التأمين التكافلي من المساهمة في دفع عجلة التنمية بالشراكة مع مختلف المؤسسات الاقتصادية و خاصة المصارف الإسلامية كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر ثقافة التأمين التكافلي و دعم المؤسسات المسيرة له من أجل توسيع السوق التأمينية التكافلية.

and the importance of these research papers was demonstrated by highlighting the fundamental differences between commercial and symbiotic insurance، as well as an indication of the diversity of the administrative and investment formulas adopted in the symbiotic insurance institutions and their economic and developmental impact، and the study concluded a pivotal result The extent of the possibility and the ability of the Takaful insurance institutions to contribute to advancing the wheel of development in partnership with various economic institutions، especially Islamic banks، is also evident.
