Abstract EN

This research is a statement of the content of the jurisprudential rule: (the public interest is prioritized over the private interest) and its legitimacy in the light of the Share'a evidences; the Qur'aan, Sunnah, consensus and reasonable.

In addition to the clarification of its role in combating corruption in general, whether was it economically, socially, politically or administratively.

One of the significant results of this research is that this rule is the dividing line between righteousness and corruption.

The neglect of the application of the rule and the lack of awareness of its importance have been the cause of many crises in the Islamic world at all levels.

There is no doubt that this rule with its objectives and dimensions guarantee a correct vision to the nation in order to insure its stability and development.
