Abstract EN

In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful.

the meditator finds that there are many jurisprudence judgments in which scholars have disagreed on the basis of the difference in language, including their difference in pronoun's indication; it has resulted in a difference in juristic judgments.

this study includes: introduction, two topics, and a conclusion.

the introduction contained the importance of the research, the reasons for choosing it, the approach, and the plan.

and as for the first topic; the researcher discussed the difference of the pronoun's indication in the holy Quran, and its effect on the difference of scholars in acts of worship.

as for the second topic: the researcher spoke about the difference in the pronoun's indication in the noble Qur'an, and its effect on the difference of scholars in transactions.

then, the conclusion included the most important results and recommendations.

the following are examples of them: first-the relationship of jurisprudence to grammar is close, and many doctrinal issues have been built on grammatical aspects.

second-the difference of the pronoun's indication in the noble Qur'an between grammarians and commentators has had a clear effect on the variety of jurist's opinions.

and may Allah's prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions as a whole.
