The present research paper explores the concept of positivity in Islam.

It aims to reveal the ruling on positivity in the Islamic jurist system and to clarify some of its applications.

The research raises the following questions: What is the concept of positivity in Islam? What is its legal ruling? What are its applications? The study is divided into an introduction, a preface, two sections, and a conclusion.

The introduction presents the problem of the study, its objectives, a literature review and the methodology adopted.

The preface provides definitions of the key terms of the study.

The first section is an overview of positivity in Islam and a statement on its ruling.

The second section explores the applications of positivity in the Islamic jurisprudence.

The conclusion summarizes the findings and recommendations of the study.

The study concludes with the significant finding that positivity can be defined as an intrinsic moral motivation that leads one to hasten to do good deeds of all kinds, and to abandon evils of all kinds, seeking God's pleasure.
