The present research paper aims to extract the fundamental applications scattered in the book entitled Comments on the Referential Rulings by the scholar Abdul Rahman Al-Saadi (may God rest his soul in peace), and to classify them according to the topics of jurisprudence fundamentals.
It is an attempt to contribute to addressing the problem of scarce applicable examples related to the rules stated in jurisprudence fundamentals books, so as to help specialists visualize the fundamental rules and apply them correctly.
