Abstract EN

Unaccompanied Migrant Children are considered to be one of the weaknesses within International Migration, because of many reasons related primarily to the deterioration of empowerment levels, and the enjoyment of Human Rights in the Origin Countries, as well as their vulnerable situation; they are also exposed to various forms of violence while they are in Transit or Destination Countries, so they become victims of Human Rights Violations committed by different actors such as States or individuals, which affect directly the best interests of the Child.

thus, all concerned States are responsible to protect children from this phenomenon, in accordance with the principles and legal obligations imposed on them by the International Law.

The international governmental mechanisms -whether principal bodies of the United Nations or sub-committees or treaties or specialized agencies-is one of the most important means of monitoring the extent of the States commitment to enforce their international obligations in the Protection of the Human Rights of Unaccompanied Migrant Children.

les enfants migrants non accompagnés considéré comme l'une des vulnérabilité au sein de la migration internationale, en raison de nombreux facteurs liés principalement à la jouissance et l'autonomisation des droits de l'homme dans les pays d'origine, en raison de leurs vulnérabilité, il sont également expose à diverses forme de violence lorsqu'ils se trouve dans des pays de transit ou de destination, de sorte qu'ils sont victimes de violations droits de l'homme commises par différents acteurs tels que des états ou des individus, ce qui affecte directement l'intérêt supérieur de l'enfant, de sorte que tous les pays concernés par ce phénomène est responsable de les protéger, conformément aux principes des obligations juridiques imposées par le droit international, les mécanismes internationaux qu'ils soit des organes principaux des Nations Unies ou des sous-comités ou traités ou institutions spécialisées, constituent l'un des moyens les plus importants de contrôle l'engagement des états à faire respecter les obligations internationales dans le domaine de la protection des droits de l'homme pour les enfants migrants non accompagnés.
