This article examines the principle that the structure of natural languages is linked to its function, which makes the structure a reflection of the function, and takes from the theory of functional grammar with its structural and deliberative aspects; a theoretical framework and a procedural approach in analyzing linguistic structures of the Holy Quran, concentrating on the school of Prague and André Martini on the functional structural trend, And on the theory of functional grammar led by Simon Dick on the deliberative side.
