Each NGO has distinct capabilities that help it adapt to complex and ever-changing environmental variables.

Recently, this requires that each NGO to be in a state of continuous learning as well as the participation of employees in making decision.

In order to achieve successfully competition during these environmental variables for the importance of employees' role in achieving competitive advantage must remain in constant development, Cause of the current rapid changes for the NGO's environment, in order to achieve the response of rapid changes of customers' needs to be derived directly by responding to the needs and actual desire to satisfy these services for a large number of customers, Therefore, this current study aimed to identify the challenges that face NGOs in achieving competitive advantage.

This study belongs to descriptive studies and used a comprehensive social survey of employees and the application of the scale on (167) NGO employees.

The study's results indicated that the change in economic conditions did not significantly affect NGOs objectives.

Due to the ability of NGOs to change their objectives in line with the ongoing economic conditions, lake of interest of NGO's board members to motivate employees although financial rewards have great impact for employees, the importance of cooperation of NGOs' officials to determine the most important needs of customers who benefiting from their services.
