Modern technologies play a fundamental role in the development of society mainly, as developing countries have a great opportunity to deal with future changes.

Information and communication technology occupies a common denominator in most institutions, especially NGOs, and NGOs need more capacity-building to face the increasing and urgent developments resulting from international and regional changes.

And because the interference of modern digital technologies in the work of NGOs can lead to the integration of that technology in the efforts of the development process, this integration represents in the end an effective tool to accelerate development programs in society through the efforts made by civil societies in the community, and building the capacities of civil society workers (specialists) Social workers and members of the board of directors) to keep pace with the era of modern technology and digital technologies.

Therefore, this study aimed to determine the level of digital skills among civil society workers, determine the level of dimensions for building the capabilities of civil society workers, determine the most digital skills related to building the capacity of workers in civil societies and this study is considered one of the studies.

a For descriptive work, the study relied on a comprehensive social survey methodology for all civil society workers, who are (72) individuals.
