) The paper deals with this doctrine in terms of establishment and naming.

The paper begins with a brief description of the life of the founder, and his ordeal with Hanbalis, in addition to some of the jurisprudential issues that were developed in the jariri doctrine which attracted the attention of scholars and Imams of his age.

The paper also sheds light on the main scholars of the Jaririte doctrine and their support of AL-Tabari and his trend.

The paper also presents the views of some scientists about ibn jarir and his doctrine, especially his wide scope of knowledge and his bravery in revealing his opinion.
