The current study aims at investigating The Effect of Contract Learning and Jumping Ideas Strategies on the Attainment and Self-Vitality among University Students.
To achieve the aims of the study, the following hypotheses are proposed: 1.
There is no statistically significant deference on the level of 0.05 between the average of the grades of the first experimental group, who studied according to the contract learning strategy; and the average of the grades of the second experimental group, who studied according to the jumping ideas strategy; and the average of the grades of the control group, who studied according to the conventional way in the attainment posttest.
2.
There is no statistically significant deference on the level of 0.05 between the average of the grades of the first experimental group, who studied according to the contract learning strategy; and the average of the grades of the second experimental group, who studied according to the jumping ideas strategy; and the average of the grades of the control group, who studied according to the conventional way in the scale of self-vitality.
This study is limited to the students of the first year in the Department of Biology, College of Education for Pure Science, University of Diyala.
Three groups of 30 students each.
After balancing the three groups, the researcher used the attainment test and the self- vitality scale prepared by the researcher.
The results showed the advance of the first and the second experimental groups in the attainment on the control group as well as the advance of the first experimental group on the control group in self-vitality.
