Abstract EN

This study discussed the urban indicators in Buhruz Township using a questionnaire form that contains several variables like area, operational history, family size, and horizontal and vertical construction development.

It also discussed the reason behind reconstruction like enlarged family size, investment or remedy.

The form also contained the number of stories.

The study concluded that there is a strong relationship between family size and the need for medium to large area for residential units.

Moreover, most of the old houses are facing humidity problems and they need reconstruction
