In recent times, there has been a noticeable phenomenon of the reluctance of university students to marry on the pretext of completing the study or graduating from university.

Most families refuse to marry their daughters during the study under the pretext of ensuring the future of their daughters and the inability to reconcile the study and marriage.

In contrast, this study shows that this idea is not true, and that there is no conflict between marriage and study.

As we have seen in the university - the married often more efficient and more able to get knowledge than unmarried.

This study was to demonstrate the Jurisprudential provisions of married students, and the approach taken by the researcher in writing the research is to an empirical study.

The nature of the matter required that it be divided into an introduction, five statements and a conclusion.

In the first topic: talk about the education of women in the legal balance, and the rule of delaying marriage due to study.

The second section: mention of mutual rights between spouses during the study.

The third topic: talk about the duties of parents and the state towards married students.

The fourth section is devoted to the statement of the conditions of the study in the marriage contract.
