The importance of this study appears in analyzing and diagnosing the primary education services in Diyala Provence and limiting how they are distributed and their sufficiency in producing the required services for the population at the level of Administerial Units for the Provence.
It has been during the study the lack of school buildings were the original schools reached (80.9% ) from the total of the Provence and (19.1% ) hosting schools form the total of the Provence.
The is an increase in the number of schools compared to the number of students were the ration of each student was (13 students/teachers) in all the Provence.
