The rain water and rivers resources are considered an important source of public treasury.
They have a direct effect on the factor of agriculture in western part of Arab Homeland.
Many productive domains depend on them.
Agriculture depends widely on these two sources.
Their dryness or lack has large effect on the sources and incomes of public treasury either as being money or gifts.
There are many notes and references showing aridity during several separated years in west.
