Abstract EN

After conquests Islamic conquests of Islamic Orientation, the Umayyad state established the basic pillars in establishing the government and activating the financial functions institutions that became the pillars of state rule in the orient and Khorasan as the main center of the government extending to country beyond the river.

The financial resources are varied in all these citiec which are gained by the state either by the agreements with rulers and local presidents or through taxes and other resources, have been keen Caliphs and governors to follow up the management of financial institutions and their organization and ways of disbursement which contributed in supporting the central Baytul mal in Damascus with financial resources.

The current research tackled with Islamic orientations in terms of linguistic and terminology and financial revenues in the Islamic orientations as well as the ways of raising financial resources in the Islamic orientations, and monitoring and accounting of workers and employees in the Islamic orientations.
